    Feature Class

    In our GoodLife Hot Yoga class you can enjoy all the benefits of our regular yoga classes-in the heat! The heat allows for deep, safe stretching while strengthening the body through a series of seated, standing and supine postures. Attention is paid to breathing techniques and classes finish with a meditation to refocus the mind. This class has both a 60 and 75 min format and is suitable to all levels. Be sure to bring water and a small towel for a comfortable experience!

    Gentle Yoga

    Gentle Yoga

    A gentle non-competitive approach to physical fitness, utilizing strength, flexibility and stamina. Proper body alignment, breathing and specific Yoga techniques will also be taught throughout this program.

  • Medium Intensity

    Hot Power Yoga

    Hot Power Yoga

    Focusing on using the breath to enhance each pose, this flowing yoga class will move seamlessly from one pose to the next allowing for a powerful practice sure to heat the body and release the mind.

  • Medium/High Intensity

    Hot Yin Yoga

    Hot Yin Yoga

    Hot Yin Yoga is a form of yoga, held in a heated room, that is devoted to releasing the power of your body by increasing energy flow through its Meridians - this means a MORE DYNAMIC YOU. Targeting the deeper connective tissues such as the ligaments, bones, joints and, primarily, the fascia Yin Yoga utilizes longer held poses - 3 - 5 minutes or more; the perfect complement to the traditional stronger yoga‘s. Done primarily on the floor, at first Yin Yoga may seem slow, passive and soft, but you will soon discover that it can be quite challenging in its own way.

    Hot Yoga's Yin/Yang provides the benefits of a perfectly balanced practice. The class begins with a Yang practice (Vinyasa Flow) to energize and strengthen the body and ends with a slow and deep practice (Yin postures) to stretch the connective tissue in the hips, thighs and lower spine and quiet the mind.

    Hot Yoga Foundations

    Everything built on a strong & stable foundation is beneficial. If you are looking to introduce Hot Yoga to your fitness routine or strengthen your existing Yoga practice, then our Foundations Hot Yoga is for you. With a focus on the foundations of mind, body and breath work. You will learn the fundamentals of Yoga and deepen your awareness postures (Asanas) and breath control (Pranyama). Foundations Yoga will explore basic breathing techniques, Sun Salutation sequences and relaxation techniques, while emphasizing form and postural alignment.

    PEAK Recovery

    PEAK Recovery

    Enjoy a PEAK Recovery experience that will help provide both physical and mental balance while decreasing stress and anxiety. We move at a slow pace offering restorative and yin yoga postures. Aided by yoga props - belts, blocks, extra rolled mats or your bring your own bolster and feel a supportive, correct alignment. The coach will help personalize your PEAK Recovery experience with one-on-one cues for alignment and some permitted hands-on assistance, allowing you to hold poses longer while giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching. A great addition for any PEAK Athlete!

    Pilates Fusion

    A fusion of Pilates and Yoga movements to strengthen, tone, stretch and relax your entire body through postures, breath and relaxation techniques.

    The union of mind and body- power yoga focuses on the physical postures called “asanas”, breathing exercises called “pranayama” and meditation. Power Yoga helps to improve physical fitness, mental clarity, greater self-understanding and general well-being. Ideal for all levels.

Based on hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. The YogaFit® style reduces injury risk and augments recovery for stress and lower back pain. YogaFit® delivers a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. It available in 30 and 45 minute formats on our Virtual Fitness platform.
