Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, we’ve got classes for you. Many of our locations feature Cycling and Yoga Studios, in addition to our regular Exercise Studio. Our Cardio, Strength, Mind & Body and Cycling Classes will get you fit and keep you motivated!

Our unique combination of HIIT and dynamic strength training techniques encourage the afterburn effect, so your body will continue to burn calories even after the workout is done.

HOT YOGA

Where mind, body and fitness merge. A series of yoga postures practiced in a warm and humid environment. The heat allows your muscles to stretch deeper and more effectively with less danger of injury, while detoxifying and cleansing your body through sweat.

TURF ZONE

Train like an athlete on the turf! The Turf Zone is a great area to try out strength and conditioning exercises that require more space. Plus, it gives you the opportunity to train on a surface similar to what you’d compete on.

VIRTUAL FITNESS CLASSES

Virtual Fitness is now available across Canada. Classes are held in either the Group Fitness or Cycling Studios via a projector and screen during off-peak hours. Virtual Fitness is perfect for those days when you need a workout that fits your schedule!
